General Goal:

Institutionalization the Credit Unions in a forum by developing Chapters & it's Credit Unions in this region, arrange need based training and technical support, improve its management system, provide capital support for EIGAs and up-grade the Credit Unions to promote this project approach gradually as peoples organization.

General Objectives:

Extension of significant development services to the Credit Unions as well as its individual members.
Attracting funds in share and savings deposits to promote capital.
Providing inter-lending (micro-finance) service to FOCUS member Credit Unions to undertake the Employment & Income Generating Activities - EIGAs.
Arrange potential services and technical assistance for the smooth development and sustainability of the member Credit Unions.
Arrange and impart need based trainings to enhance the potentialities for undertaking the EIGAs.

Our Strategy :

To strengthen the existing Credit Unions for better financial services towards its membership.
To improve the capacities of the management team at each of the Credit Union, their Board of Directors, Credit Committee, Supervisory Committee for promoting voluntarism among the potential leaders.
To promote membership, regular saver, assets, annual net income as well as to reduce loan delinquency by applying social and legal actions.
To develop short & long-term policy for sustainability of the Credit Unions.
To organize new Credit Unions, viable expansion of existing Credit Unions and maintaining networking services.
To enhance the capabilities and skills of the management staff.
