Quantity of FOCUS Staff:
FOCUS BOARD:
The FOCUS Board consists of 09 members, the members are elected from Chapter committees and similarly the Chapter committees elected from individual member Credit Unions for a period of three years. The Board is responsible for managerial duties and to carry out the overall tasks & functions according to the project approach.

Role & the responsibility of Executive Board:
The Executive Board is the supreme policy making authority of FOCUS. But, they are liable in all efforts to the General Council. The following are the key responsibilities of the Executive Board:
- To approve concern recommendation from General Council.
- Approval of the policy and operational plan of FOCUS.
- Approval of annual budget of FOCUS.
- Approval. of Staff hiring / firing.
- Chairman is assigned to sign related contacts and agreements on behalf of the Executive Board.
- Nominate the concern staff or board member to attain seminar/conference in home and abroad.
- To take care all assets of FOCUS.
- Selection of audit firm and undertaking approval from the General Council in the next immediate General Meeting.
- To undertake need-based steps for formulation and implementation of the activities.
To organize at least 04 Executive board meetings in a year or if necessary more.
