VISION:  

Enrich Credit Union programme as people's organization by mobilizing "Share-Savings & Credit Scheme" and strengthening the capacity of FOCUS & its Chapters for sustainability of the movement in near future.

MISSION: 

Institutionalization the Credit Unions in a forum by developing FOCUS & it's Chapters in this region, arrange need based training and technical support, improve its management system and up-grade the Credit Unions to promote this project approach gradually as peoples organization. 

Basic Principles:

• To assist the target constituency in relation to their socio-economic development.
• FOCUS is completely a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian voluntary development organization with a view to promoting socio-economic condition of the rural poverty stricken people.
• To promote the socio-economic condition of the grass-root people by undertaking their need-based projects and activities.
• To assist the target beneficiaries by helping them economic support for their integral development. Principal of FOCUS gender policy is the belief of equality and always FOCUS respects the female issues.
